Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping time will be mentioned on the product page / checkout page.
Delays can occur due to courier delays, festivals, natural issues, or uncontrollable reasons. Milaar Group is not liable once the parcel is handed over to the courier partner.

Returns / Exchange / Cancellation

Returns/Exchange is only applicable as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
Custom / Made to Order pieces are strictly non-returnable.
Cancellation can be done only before dispatch. Once shipped – no cancellation is possible.
