At Milaar Group, we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our return and refund conditions below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer 7 Days Return / Exchange from the date of delivery only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product received

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Manufacturing defect

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order along with clear photos / video proof (unboxing recommended).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety and fabric handling reasons, we do not accept returns/exchange for:

  • Size issues

  • Minor colour variations due to screen/lighting

  • Used, washed, altered or worn products

  • Items without original tags & packaging

Once the order is delivered, please check immediately and notify us if any issue is found.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval/rejection.
If approved, refund will be processed through original mode of payment or store credit (based on our internal approval policy).

Refund time: 7–12 working days after return inspection approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

​

International Orders

For international orders – returns/refunds are not supported currently.
